Dogs are so trusting of their humans. They surf with them, skydive with them, climb mountains with them. "I'm a dog -- that's what I do!"

While flying without his canine copilot, Whisper, BASE jumper Dean Potter and his companion died during a jump from a pinnacle in Yosemite. Wing suit flying is one of the most dangerous sports in the world.
