I think it caught a virus. I always thought afterwards taking a bird outside would mean the end. But it seems this parrot does fine.

I have had many birds in my life, but I've never seen anything quite like that.

I did notice those tail feathers fanned out, and dilated eyes now and then. Those are the times to keep your fingers away from that beak.

I'm actually quite shocked that that kid did not have poop all over his head! LOL. When you have a bird, it's pretty much guaranteed you are going to be pooped on now and then.

I've spent my life with dogs and cats and birds, and birds are my absolute favorite. There is something so unique about their personalities. I am jealous of that little boy. He is going to have a lifetime of fun and love with that bird.
