The DU Lounge
Related: Culture Forums, Support ForumsOnce again, I'm on the Home Depot site answering questions...
for items that I have never purchased.
For example...
Question: How much water does this toilet use per flush?
My answer: Beautiful!
Question: How does this generator compare to model XF458Z? They seem to have the same specs, yet this model is much more expensive. Why?
My answer: Yes they fit perfectly!

Someone answered "Beautiful".

(33,643 posts)Gotta admit, it DOES seem like something you'd do
What amuses me is when I see questions answered along these lines with "Well, I'm not really sure how XYZ varies from XYY, but maybe someone else will be able to help!"
I'm like, either you're just f***ing with people, or you're a complete f***ing moron for bothering to answer questions in this fashion ... I'm never quite sure which it is though. Cause people really ARE that stupid and vain, so you can't rule that out.

(17,984 posts)they want me to answer a question. How the hell do I know? I haven't used the thing. Now I'm obligated to make up stuff. "Sure, you can use this electric drill with special attachment to polish your work shoes."

(16,168 posts)It seems a time clock I bought brings the crazy out.
Q: Does this time clock use red ink?
A: Only if you purchase a red ink model
Q: Are employees able to open and change the time on this?
A: If you are worried about that, change employees.
I know it's juvenile but I live a life of work or boredom.
