Having lived in those 4 states over the last 25 yrs, I have opinions. Chili dogs in Lansing & Metro Detroit & Flint are a gift from Greek Immigrants. Chicago dogs are amazing. Skyline Chili is an abomination, Tony Pakos in Toledo is a saving grace & I cannot remember regional hot dogs in Indiana that weren't Chicago dogs.
Also, Inland Beaches of the Great Lakes ...the glaciers gifts.
