2. He is talented

He isn't just howling. He is controlling and channeling his voice. That is singing, IMHO.

I remember animal behaviorists didn't think birds really moved to music but then they played music at different speeds for a cockatoo and he changed how he moved in response. The behaviorists then changed what they thought about birds.

I actually think Buddy could alter how people think about dogs and their musical ability.
