A Toledo man who bought 60 days of advertising on a downtown billboard is hoping $1,100 will do the trick.

The billboard ad, which was installed a week ago near the intersection of Washington and North Michigan streets, reads "Toledo's #1 Bachelor Seeking woman 18-35" with a white-gloved hand holding a single red rose. At the bottom is the email address: [e-mail]

The Toledo Bachelor, who is in his early 30s and asked that his name not be used in the story, is serious.
