is where the operator listens to the problem, puts on this exaggerated "I'm so sorry!" shit, then all of a sudden brightens up and says, "We'll send someone right away!"

Since when did telephone operators who have to listen to 100 calls a day actually give two shits about each one? I mean, to the point where they actually sound like they're sorry...

Maybe it's just me, but pretending to be sorry is worse than not being sorry at all.

re-mixed with a base guitar and a drum track, it could be a hit on your radiocast.

Oh, yeah, dumb question: Is there a way to download a podcast/mp3 of your shows to play when I'm on a road trip? I've stumbled around the web site, but my lack of skills is apparent.

The outpouring of emotion when a dear, beloved, respected leader dies, well it just makes my heart sing!

To hear someone on the phone scream, moan, cry, rend their fleshe, tear their hair out when my windshield gets a stone chip, that's what I want!

Can't remember the company, but it's the one where the blond mother victim actress with the sick daughter is crying at the end because she doesn't know what she would have done without the system. Well, apparently all you need is a loud tape recording of someone saying firmly "Leave the premises immediatly."
I told my wife I was thinking about calling the company and telling them if they let the bad guys kill her just one time I would buy a system.
