We recently installed a retrofit bidet here. A cold water retrofit is ~ $35, MUCH neater without the "steampunk" plumbing. Of course getting it adjusted just right would be important.

17. That's a standard ball valve.

One could control the volume by how much you opened the valve but the pressure would be equal to the house pressure.

18. Water coming into the house is in the high 30's to very low 40's during the winter.
