one with specific measurements. I tried and it was good but I think can be better. I've had it in restaurants.

Green Goddess Dressing (Martha Stewart)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 avocado, mashed until smooth
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Coarse salt and ground pepper
In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Whisk in avocado, chives,
lemon juice, and parsley.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.

You can add an anchovy filet (washed, patted dry, chopped, and then mashed) or use the dark green tops of two scallions (finely chopped) instead of the chives.
