How Many of You Have Come Across Stamped Money?

Not specifically the Tubman $20, just any bill with a stamp on it. What was the message?

Here is an article about stamping bills: Stamping Out Andrew Jackson on the $20 Bill Won’t Be So Easy
https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2019/05/andrew-jackson-harriet-tubman-dollar-stamp/

FWIW I cannot remember ever having any stamped bills. Bills that have been written on, yes, but not stamped with a message.

bill that had an old time Canadian Prime Minister on it. There was quite a likeness. But it didn't mean anything like Harriet Gunman does.

If you fold an old $1 and an old $5 in half lengthwise, and then place the bills together to form a Washington/Lincoln hybrid (Washington's hair on top), it is the spitting image of our high school principal.

The resemblance was uncanny.

not want any of their base connecting with heroes of darker complexions, be it Tubman or Obama. That much is so obvious. And not hard to figure out because it keeps happening at their direction.

but haven't seen one in quite a few years now. I think it was a way to somehow see how far your bill traveled?

9. Where's George has a web site that tells where that bill has been reported

You enter the serial number and it will keep track of where that bill has been - if it's been reported. https://www.wheresgeorge.com/

Here is the most reported bill - traveled from Minnesota, cross the US twice and into Mexico once! https://www.wheresgeorge.com/b:QZHjxdYnJ&entry=16

There was one (I think the third top traveled) that had a report from Saguache, CO. I've been through there plenty of times. Huge town of 500!
