(9,426 posts)Sunday has officially begun. Liked the sleeping baby with the sleeping puppy. The puppy running between the tulips. Little girl leading the horse. The proud mother dog, with her babies. Thanks for posting.

(30,717 posts)There are so many cute ones I cannot even begin to pick favorites.
But, what is up with all those cats, and nary a cat lady in sight? Unless she is the one taking the picture?

(5,329 posts)Had to Google the actual words. Been awhile. This is them, I think!
Jeremiah was a bull frog.
Was a good friend of mine.
I never understood a single word he said.
But I helped him drink his wine.
And he always had some mighty fine wine.
Singin'.
Joy to the world.

(6,831 posts)Three Dog Night hated that song and didn't even want to record it. They thought it was stupid. The band was on tour in Europe when the manager woke them up to tell them that it had hit #1 in the US. They thought he was messing with them and threatened to fire him for waking them in the middle of the night.
this smilie always makes me think of that song !

(22,231 posts)of farm cats.
There are always a couple or three momcats with litters, and their kits grow up to have litters and so on.
Many years ago, our other sister and I were visiting the farm and I walked out on the patio and the whole area was covered in black cats. I think there was maybe one calico and one tortie and possible a tuxedo. Somewhere I have some great pictures.
Anyway, fast forward several years and there are still a lot of cats in the yard but now they are about 90% gingers with a few outliers. (tortie, calico again).
I find it fascinating how the genetics changed that much!
