11. When I had my second baby

My husband had to go on a business trip immediately after I came home from the hospital. My elderly parents came over to "help". My then two and a half year old daughter told grandpa which soap to put in the dishwasher, but he decided that she was too little to know that. Bingo! Dawn in the dishwasher! They went home shortly after.

Last pic: I did that once when I thought you could put regular washing-by-hand dish soap in the dish washer.

8. I was renting the place from my realtor.

I had about a month and a half before I could move into my new condo, and she had a rental property. I had never used a dishwasher! I remember that I freaked out when the bubbles started coming out and spreading through the kitchen, so I called my parents. They thought it was hilarious.

So when I moved into a place that had a dishwasher I thought it was just fine to use regular soap for washing dishes. Big mistake.

12. Top one happened to me.

3 nights ago I was crazy enough to make cupcakes at 2:30am. Dead tired when I tried to pull them out of the oven, I lost my grip on the pan. Then it was either let the pan fall onto my arm or let it fall on the floor. Easy choice: the floor wouldn't suffer 2nd degree burns.

Took me awhile to clean up the mess since they weren't quite done. My 2 big pups helped out a bit.
