Mr. Wheeler had a lot of patents related to toilet paper and this one was far from the first, the first would have been at least 20 years earlier.

In the very first apartment I ever had, I owned a cat. I came home from work one day to find a whole roll of toilet paper wrapped around every piece of furniture.

with a full, new roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Came home that evening to an empty cardboard spindle in the bathroom and toilet paper streamed/strewn over, under, around furniture, book cases, everything. I just had to laugh.
