Pretty sad that I have to tune to France 24 and Al Jazeera English to get real news reporting.

Some are "balanced" whatever that means in today's climate but whatever happened to the newscaster just "reporting the news?" No commentary, no snide remarks, no making a face; nothing to register their personal belief at all because they were professionals.

The Internet is becoming a freak-show -- and very soon, especially with deep-fake videos coming on fast -- it will simply not be a reliable source of information period.

but I think there's lots of good people here that outnumber the screw-ups if we'll only all get together.

Every day I real Al-Jazeera, BBC, CBC (Canada) and the Guardian. It's good to get good reporting.
