Might she be just a tad young for the study of martial arts - both a self defense and a spiritual study if she doesn’t understand simple direction? I know it’s cute and all that, but it is kind of absurd. Fortunately the teachers have patience, but it reminds me of how my wife looked at me when I first tried to reason with our 3 year old.
