Otis, my 20-pound brat, managed to destroy the netting in the front & top of the carrier and escape while I was driving him to the vet for his checkup. Rosie and Sammy are cool with the snuggly, soft carriers, but I'll have to break out the hard carrier for Otis the next time I have to take him anywhere.
