(11,409 posts)4-long screws and a brace. I was non-weight bearing for 6-months, all I could do was lay on my back or sit in a chair, no standing. When the bone broke it cut my bowel and I had a colostomy bag for a year until it healed. I healed and moved on.

(53,410 posts)No extra cost and great choices of vegetables, fruit and meats. I thin there might be a minimum but its only $40 or so. You can add a tip for the person who shops and delivers, but there is no extra charge for using the service. Try it once and youll be happy to repeat with them. And you give someone a job just to pick out what you choose and deliver it. A wide variety of grocery stores are available.
