That gadget responds only if the sentence begins with "Alexa".
It tells us weather in any city in world, lock/unlock front door, turn on/off dining room chandelier light etc.
It is indeed freaky.

It completely ignores everything I tell him unless I ask if he is hungry. Then he can hear just fine.
