Funniest thing I ever heard. I spent 25 years working on those and
swear I worked on every single computer that ever connected to AOL.

1. I hate AOL

I set up my brand new Micron desktop with Windows 98, and then inserted one of those billions of CDs AOL mailed out, so I should take advantage of the 30-day free dial-up trial.

As I listened to the AOL CD cycling in the CD drawer tray, my Micron went directly to the blue screen of death. So instead of enjoying my new PC, I spent the next day reloading with the many many floppy discs, but losing many extra features. I'm sure I wasn't the only AOL sucker.
