If you really want to have a discussion about anti-Black discrimination, white supremacy and the impact of belonging to particular racial groupings in this country, I’m all fine with that.

However, I must inform you that whatever position I take, it will only be made in a general sense and will have little to do with me as an individual. I will only clarify that, as a Black man living in America, that impact only affects me as member of a group.

I have noted many times before that I do retain certain privileges. As a married, straight male, as someone who’s relatively fit and other things like having a steady income and a roof over my head. But none of that has any bearing on the fact that I belong to a group in this country that has always been subjected to various forms of racial and political oppression, institutional discrimination, violent attacks by members of the white majority and so forth.

If you’re going to insist about making such a discussion all about you and your problems, I’m simply going to wonder why I should care.

Edit: If you’re really thinking about killing yourself, I strongly urge you to get off the internet to attack me and seek professional help for yourself. I am not your own problems.

25. I'll take a guess as to the cause....

Building appears to contain two apartments side-to-side. They used prefab wall sections for each apartment which had a symmetry error in centering the window frames.

Some of the prefab wall sections got flipped during framing, causing this problem. Note the offsets all are in pairs. By the time some one caught the mistake, the whole building had been framed and they didn't want to tear it down to correct the flipped sections.

It looks like some framers are tape measure challenged. What are this little lines in between the big lines in between these numbers.
