(24,695 posts)Spent my honeymoon at Moraine Lake 25 years ago. Beautiful lodge , no TV or phones...at least back then. I remember hiking the trails around the lake and seeing Harlequin ducks paddling next to us as we walked and a grizzly bear about a half mile past the lodge.

This is just absolutely stunning. I want to walk right into the picture and be there, now. I'm afraid if I were to witness this in real life I'd cry at the beauty.
It's also why I've been a rabid conservationist all my life. There is nothing more beautiful than our natural world and god help us if we don't protect it.
