frozen pancakes???

I bet it takes less time to make from scratch than to deal with packaging and ...toaster? microwave? WTH do you do with frozen pancakes?

1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
(optional 1 tsp sugar)
1/4 tsp salt
2 TBS veg oil
1 egg
~ 1 cup milk - to pancake batter consistency

no stick or lightly oil griddle/frying pan, med heat - test with drop of batter - make some pancakes

can vary by adding sliced fruit - bananas, apples, peaches or berries, nuts, choco chips etc...
