The things we do for bling

It's 19 degrees and we're heading to a 5K. At 75, with all my joint replacements, I'm sure to win a medal! (Unless there are more than two other crones over 70, which is rare even in a field of 2,000+ runners.) I wish I had an IMPEACH sign on my back.

I ran 5k's and 10k's about 30 years ago.

Now, I run .01k's.

My husband's time was 29:42, his first time breaking 30 minutes. I'm always happy just to run in under an hour and not be the last person to cross the finish line!
