Like my dog, Tony. He runs out the door. It can be 20 degrees, it can be 50 and raining, it can be 98 and steamy. He does not stop near the door and wonder "wtf"? He goes outside with no hesitation.
Why can't scientists study and invent some kind of clothing for us to mimic this?
Sure there are many more ideas.
