Any other DU-ers watching "Nobody's Looking" on Netflix?

It's an incredibly odd Brazilian series. I don't even know how to describe it. Red-headed, guardian angels sent to Earth engaging in, ummm, Earthly pleasures with the humans they are protecting. It's really cute and different. I'm hooked.

It took me a couple of episodes to get into it, but it's so quirky I had to keep watching. The angels are nerdy yet sexy. I just finished the fourth episode and they are all losing their virginity.

I’ve been watching it tonight. I like the different take on guardian angels. It reminds me a lot of Dead Like Me. It’s like guardian angels with modern problems.

It says a lot about the quality of the show when you can’t wait to see the next season.

I love that it’s Brazilian. They’re not nearly as uptight about sex and religion as we are here! It’s hard to imagine a program here that would be as irreverently playful and childlike about those subjects.

There are also incidental trans characters. Brazilians are, indeed, less uptight about sexuality. I mean, as they pointed out in the series, they have Carnival!
