Oh, and as for education, a guess a degree in communications from Northwestern is not a college education.

Harry did graduate from Eton College, which while not exactly a college as in the United States, would be at least the equivalent of an Associates degree. And at a pretty demanding school at that. He then completed officer training at Sandhurst. He's never been an academic star, but he's no uneducated ignoramus.

Plus, it makes you look ignorant to type Whales when you probably mean Wales. Charles is the Prince of Wales. That title does not, at this point, apply to any other royal. Presumably, when he becomes King, his son William will be invested as Prince of Wales.

In 1999, to be precise. And that was then he and his bride were given the titles of Earl and Countess of Wessex. I honestly don't think that the Dukedom of Windsor was ever under consideration.
