I like barbecue but the silly lengths some people go to with the super hot peppers doesn't interest me since I like to taste my food.

(22,270 posts)which I make with fresh jalapeno, serrano and poblano peppers. Minced fine with garlic.
I also like extra spicy Popeye's chicken, pretty much all Indian food and most Thai food (not fond of anything that tastes fishy)
One of these days I am going to try Nashville Hot Chicken. This did not exist when I lived there.
I'll eat pretty much anything that's spicy and not - we like to tell people we eat fire in our house.
