12. You can choose recurring payments on the DU membership page at

You choose Recurring Monthly or Recurring Yearly. The recurring payments require a PayPal account. Mine always recurs in early February before the Valentine's hearts come out, so I usually make another one-time donation near Valentine's Day to get some hearts to give away.
