It doesn't look like his head is really stuck by the way the bottom of the basket is folded.

Steve - what a cute name. I once knew a pig named Steve. I wonder what he's up to these days.

I think it was a bulldog - I don’t remember - who was carrying around a cardboard box that had the same effect. Thankfully his human was with him so he didn’t bumble out into traffic.
