Discovered a Tuscan chicken pizza at a place near here. Basil pesto grilled chicken tomato red onion and mozzarella

Having worked in a one shop pizza place we experimented. My favorite is beef with slices of tomato under the mozzarella.

Very thin crust, thin layer of sauce, basil leaves, mozzarella.

6. Chourico!

Chourico is a spicy sausage found primarily in southeastern Mass. and Rhode Island.

a thin crust, pear and goat cheese. About the only one I would eat.
