They don't exactly look like they are thrilled to death to be in the shower. 
How I wish we had cell phones when I had a mini macaw. Felix, that was his name, (although we found out that he was actually a girl at the end of his/her life. Anyway, he / she loved the water.
Shower time was that bird's favorite time of the day. You could not put enough water on that bird.
We spoonfed Felix, and he imprinted on me. I was Mommy. We would take Felix out in the backyard in the morning, when the grass was full of dew. Felix would walk around, wings spread to pick up every drop of water that was possible. How I wish I had that on video.
I miss my birdy.
