Are there any cowboys in NJ?

A co-worker was reading some cowboy poetry a while ago, a poem about a cowboy in Wyoming,
and that made me think of this.

I would go to a Rodeo held on Monday evenings I believe in Cow Town.

of course, I'd have to check the home and away records to be sure - it's possible they lose in NJ but win at home - but with that record they would have to have won at the Meadowlands a few times at least.

Somehow, I kind of suspect it's not New Jersey.

However, you can't go to Richman's Ice Cream Parlor any more to meet up with the cowboys, since they closed 2 yrs ago
