The local radio station, WAMS in Wilmington, DE, played the song everyday for a week right after classes. A contest went with it to be the first to send in the lyrics. Back then there was no access to anything close to information like that other than to buy the album and listen over and over while writing down lyrics. All my friends spent each day in our cars after class listening intently and arguing afterward over the lyrics. Don't remember what the prize was or if they found a winner. I do know listening to this song changed the directions of many of our lives.
I thank Bob to this day.
