Can anyone here read Chinese?

I have a piece of old ephemera that's written in Chinese and I would love to have some idea of the general meaning.

It's a paper broadside like a flyer. Photos of two woman that I think are likely musicians. Lots of text.

I'll get an image here if there's any interest.

If it is put it on Ebay. Oh, wait a minute, I forgot about the new flu. That stuff was pretty hot, not long ago.
Might try a local restaurant.

I would guess this is from the 1930s and might be from San Francisco.

A lot things were destroyed then and now very collectible in China. When I had a shop in the 90s all things from Japan were hot. Later it became China as their economy grew. Pre revolution post cards were very hot a few years ago. I’ll have to check eBay now. Now I have something to do today. Thanks.
