We had two active shooter situations today, unrelated, close to my place of work.

One closed a highway in front of the clinic where I work and the other was at a Wal-mart, in Broomfield, a few miles away. Thankfully, no one was hurt in either. Just another day in America. In between those two alerts, the power went off in the clinic. Nerve-wracking day. I need a drink.

The one here today at Wal-mart was a couple having a spat and simply started shooting at each other! In the store! We are an open-carry state, so I guess you can simply walk in a Wal-mart, pull out your weapon when you disagree on which paper towels to buy.
