a 162 year old house. He was in the fireplace, behind the screen. I let him out and opened the door to the porch. After running over the dining room table, I got him herded out the door.

My biggest fear is that a skunk will come in one of the cat doors. My second biggest fear is that a raccoon will do it.

Today one of my cats brought a dove in through the cat door. I was not happy. She still thinks she has to bring in prey for her kittens, but those kittens are almost two years old now.

I need to get a cover for my chimney. There used to be one, and I think it was actually called a squirrel cage, but for some reason my then-husband took it off. So, I need to get one and then I need to find someone to climb up on the roof and put it on. (Acrophobia)

Just a little ice-dam prevention! And to think I have to use my roof rake for this. I have lazy squirrels!
