(23,224 posts)This is actually several years old--I've seen it before. But it still gives a good laugh.
When I was a kid (maybe six), my family had a pet raccoon for a while. The adventures of that critter would make a pretty funny book! They are amazing animals, and incredibly intelligent! Mom often said the thing had his own door keys, he could open any door in the house. After eating ice cream, he would walk around with tongue hanging out, b/c it was too cold to put back in his mouth. He washed a lump of sugar in his water dish ONCE--he learned that lesson pretty quickly!
