Vest is showing way too much under the jacket. Shirt sleeves are hidden under jacket sleeves that are way too long. The jacket seems tight. Vest is bulging. Pants are baggy and too long. And bowtie looks like a clip-on. And he looks like he swallowed a fly. All together, looks like a caricature.

No wonder she's looking away. She's too classy to laugh.

And Obama looks relaxed while the other guy looks like he'd rather be having a colonoscopy.
