Since the Republicans consider it to only be shenanigans, to mess with voter data?

Would it only be shenanigans for all blue state voters to double the number of people living at their residence on the census form?

Never mind that it's actually illegal; This data is used for redistricting--a substantial overcount would give red districts more reps.
