My first thought every morning when I wake up is

"good, I have another day."

That thought gives me comfort and gets me through the bad news that inevitably comes during the day.

Today I though it would be a good idea to keep a journal. Then I could not remember what I had cooked for dinner the day before.

I do a kind of inventory as I head to the bathroom.

Even staying at home, I worry that the little boogers might sneak in somehow.
