Why Donald Trump won't be wearing a mask or scarf

He cantilevers his hair and dyes it a color unseen in nature.

He wears a tie that flaps around his ankles.

He stands leaning into the wind like the prow of a pirate ship because of the lifts in his shoes.

He walks around with toilet paper hanging off his shoe and fights with umbrellas. And nobody on his staff cares enough to help him out.

A mask would make him look silly.

By the way, if you look at serial photos of his face ( I know that is torture), his skin color it pretty consistently bad. I think it is stained or scarred. I just do not think it could be so badly done that way every day with that much similarity.
