Waterless hand cleaners: GoJo, Zep, Fast Orange. etc.

I was cleaning the garage and found a full bottle and an opened bottle. Does anyone know or have an opinion on how good they might be against the virus compared to soap and water?

They slime off grime rather than lather it off and often enough I'll use water for the rinse rather than just toweling it off.

Ideas?

1. I'm not sure, but I used to love the orangey goodness of the smell of GoJo.

Whatever you do, rinse for a long time. That will help at least some. God, I love GoJo and miss it.

3. I'm guessing that without water

to wash the viruses away any benefit against covid would be minimal. Probably better than nothing, but I've used a lot of waterless hand cleaner and always felt it was better for getting the top layer of grease off your hands rather than disinfecting them
