Kids are fun
I hired a friend of a friend to do some work I can't do because of allergies and such. He was here in Dec. and brought his friend's little daughter and my daughter and I entertained her while he worked. She is about 7 or 8. I gave her some earrings and she was very pleased.
Fast forward to today. My handyman is going to replace some fence, so we have been texting about the fence. I got a call from his number today and it was the little girl. She wanted to tell me she got her ears pierced. haha I told her I'd try to hunt up some earrings for her. She said she couldn't use the 1 or 2 dollar ones because they turned her ears. I told her I didn't know how much any of them cost, because I got them at yard sales. I told her I couldn't let her come in the house, but I'd leave them on the porch.
She said she'd send a picture of her ears and hung up. Then she texted and asked me if I knew anything about pictures on phones. I sent a text with simple instructions and I'm waiting to see if I get a picture. I'm enjoying the unexpected connection. lol
