Welp my neighbor's tree just dropped a limb that took down my power line

It's blocking the street

I still have power and internet but if someone drives though it - I'm fucked.

Called 911

Hope the power company takes care of it.

Call POWER COMPANY (unless 911 said they would do that for you.)

I was up all night to flag down anyone trying to drive over it.

It's a tangle of wires and wood and it is completely blocking my street.

The sun was out briefly, but it back to snow right now.

I use a very small municipal electric utility that serves 2 very small towns in Mine.

They built a 5 MW solar array a few years ago and I have the cheapest electricity in Maine.

The tree limb pulled the meter off the house - why I still had power was miracle.

The line crew just finished reestablishing my power - and I didn't lose internet!

They were pros

I don't know how to thank them.
