I remember watching that all the time on WGN in the 80's, we got it on our satellite. I don't remember Bozo sousing like that, and I thought the grand prize was always a Schwinn bike?

Spelled Božo in our alphabet, Божо in his (he was Serbian), was a kindly old immigrant violin maker from Novi Sad who happened to figure out how to build the best 12 string guitars in the world. His name is pronounced "BAW-zho," and is a common first name in Serbia.

He was indeed an artist. Very huble, too. And even after 50 years in the States, his English was still so bad that half the time I made him repeat to me what he was trying to say in Serbian, because sometimes, I understood him better (Serbian has a lot of similarities with Russian).
