I got the same error with myself, my wife, our current and past address... Then it said to check back tomorrow. All this after about 20 minutes waiting for the page to load.

I'm not worried... Yet.

2. I did

I get SS and file my taxes electronically and get direct deposit of my refund. I filed in February or March, and they have my bank info. I was prime to get it, and I did.

For what it's worth, I didn't get a notice the payment was pending. It just showed up in my account today.

5. Same for me

I've been checking the bank account every day, and today (after a couple of tries), I was able to login and confirm that the payment came through. I did not get any notice of a pending payment, either. It just showed up. The bank website was sluggish. Probably a lot of people checking, like me.

Duh. However, I thought Social Security recipients weren't going to get them until later in the month, according to the timeline. But I have other income, so maybe that was it.

It was glitchy, but the money is in my acct.

The IRS site said it was scheduled to be deposited today into my bank acct ending in 1234... I don’t have any accts ending in 1234, lol!

After much frustration trying to log in, for hours, I was finally able to view the balance on my Turbo tax prepaid card and the money is there. Phew! I did not want to mess around with the IRS having a wrong acct number!

11. This was initial default message when site was overloaded

I think they have replaced it with a message saying they are too busy. I read that many many people got your message. I think they have replaced it with a message that they are too busy.
