I found several empty metered spaces on Melrose last week!
Last time I found a metered space on that street was in the 1980s.

Historic timed race from New York City to Los Angeles. With no traffic (thanks quarantine), a new record time of 26 hours and 38 minutes has been set.
Purists are crying "foul"!
