On the correct Usage of word "jackshit."

For example, if I am saying that a public figure doesn’t know anything about a subject. Which is correct:

1. The Dotard knows jackshit about medicine.

2. The Dotard doesn’t know jackshit about medicine.

Now it seems to me that the second choice can be construed as a double negative. The word itself, jackshit, refers to nothing. If I add in the word “doesn’t”, that seems to be a double negative.

What do you think?

Where the coronavirus isn’t already there?

As a character said in the movie “28 Days Later”,
“Go fucking where?”

The kitchen is nice this time of year.

For something more exotic, many people like the porch.

Everyone would know exactly what you meant. Though I agree that the first one is probably more correct.

The meaning of "jackshit" changes from "nothing" in example 1 to "anything at all" in example 2 based on the context.
