Antonio Carlos Jobim hit it for me, too.
The studio album they recorded together has some of Sinatra's most easy, natural singing.

But of the versions you listed it's Frank's version. However I like Astrid Gilberto's version the best.

I don't think she recorded 'Girl From Ipanema', unfortunately.
