I always let my bf know when I’ve used my sugar scrub with tea tree oil during a bath.
Can be treacherous!

4. Not exactly me

But I fell yesterday when trying to open a window above our shower. Fell right on the small of my back, which has been giving me problems for years. I've been in pain/stiff since Saturday late morning.

I'm using a walking stick to get around. I just took a bath with epsom salts and feel a bit better, after a night of a heat pad and Advil. I think it's a sprain. If it lasts for more than a couple of days, I guess I'll go see a doctor.

I cannot believe I did this. I also cannot believe the coincidence of this post!

And yes, I did pull down the shower curtain when I fell!
